Weekly changelog: January 26th - January 30th

This week, we improved search with smarter ranking, upgraded citation quality, and expanded research coverage to all states and territories.

Smarter search and better citations

Two updates to how our system finds and cites information:

  • Smarter search results with RRF re-ranking: We integrated RRF (Reciprocal Rank Fusion) re-ranking for search queries. You should see more relevant results when you search.
  • New citation generator: Our AI has a new citation generator. Sources should be more precise, reliable, and easier to verify.

Full state and US territories coverage

We expanded what you can research and how we cite it. Full research coverage now spans all US states and territories, plus authoritative citations for federal tax law and five states: California, Florida, New York, Texas, and Delaware.

  • All answers now cover all states and US territories: Every answer reflects research coverage for all 50 states and US territories. No matter which jurisdiction you care about, you'll get relevant, state-aware results - and we'll keep improving depth and accuracy across the board.
  • Authoritative citations for federal and five US states: We now provide authoritative, verifiable citations for federal tax law plus California, Florida, New York, Texas, and Delaware. Stronger source attribution where it matters most, with more states to follow as we expand.
  • More authoritative states coming soon: California, Florida, New York, Texas, and Delaware are just the start. We're actively adding authoritative citation support for additional states.

That's the week. More updates coming.
